Hello and welcome to Usako Kawaii Treasures!

Here are some common questions and answers I receive often to better help you while you’re here!

1) How quickly do you ship?

Most orders ship within 3 business days unless you’re in my VIP Facebook group, which ships every Monday morning. 

2) Is local pick up available?

Yes it is! I am local to Bellevue, NE. I ask that if you’re from out of town you please not click on local pick up unless you’ve spoken to me previously about coming to town for vacation, etc. All orders not specified to me beforehand will be cancelled.

3) What material do you use for your earrings?

All earrings are made with stainless steel metals and come with a plastic back to secure them while wearing.

4) What kind of hair clips do you use?

Unless otherwise stated: Ribbon bows come with a double pronged alligator clip. Fabric bows come with an alligator clip with teeth.

Refunds and Returns:

As ALL items are classified as “personal use” items, I currently do not accept returns.

Refunds are decided on a case by case situation. Images may be needed so I recommend not throwing out your items if they’re broken or what have you. 

Clay centers/add ons are fragile. Refunds will not be accepted due to rough handling.

Key fob refunds/returns are not accepted. Repairs may be made on a case by case basis if I’m able to repair it however I will not be responsible for shipping to me in order to have them fixed. 

Once a package has been turned over to the hands of USPS, I am no longer responsible for it. Please be sure to add Route Insurance at checkout to better protect your packages.

Route Package Insurance purchases are not refundable so please remove it from your cart if you wish to not purchase it.

Other Important Information:

Bows and clips with accessories added to them are classified as choking hazards. Please do not leave small children unattended while wearing them.

Bows and/or flowers on headbands are classified as choking hazards. Please do not leave small children unattended while wearing them.

Bracelets are classified as choking hazards. Please do not leave small children unattended while wearing them.
